Return Process

  Log into your JD Sports account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and accessories are included to prevent any processing delays.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest PosLaju outlet or preferred authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
